Sugarloaf is one of the first places many people go hiking when they come to visit Marquette. As you can see from the pictures, Sugarloaf has amazing scenery. Once you’ve reached the top, you can see the vast and beautiful Lake Superior, the city of Marquette and of course the woods of the U.P. It is about a 10 to 20 minute hike for most visitors, but it is easy to take your time. If you ever come up to Marquette, Sugarloaf is one of the many places to see.Â
